For two exclusive dates only, our beloved 48h Pizza Masterclass will be led by not one, but two of the Asia-Pacific’s most celebrated pizzaioli:
Michele Circhirillo — Head Chef and Co-Founder of 48h Pizza e Gnocchi Bar Melbourne, Australia’s #1 Pizzeria 2024,
and Michele Fernando — Head Chef of Massilia Bangkok, Thailand’s #1 Pizzeria for four consecutive years.
Together, they’ll share their passion, techniques, and the secrets behind world-class dough, fermentation, and flavour.
You’ll stretch, top, and bake your own pizza under their expert guidance, then sit down to enjoy a relaxed lunch featuring your creations — along with plenty of tips and stories from both Micheles.
This is a rare opportunity to learn from two true masters of Italian pizza, right here in Melbourne.

Elsternwick: our outdoor area is in front of the restaurant. We have wind guards, a retractable awning and overhead heaters

Of course! We have a bambini menu, 2 high chairs per restaurant and colouring in for the kids. Please note that both our restaurants are small so please check with us before bringing in your pram.
We are happy to split your bill equally. We do not offer bill splitting by item.
Most certainly! Our gnocchi is gluten free and all pizze and focacce can be made gluten free. Please do note that we are a pizzeria and use traditional wheat flours so contamination may occur.
We also have a variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes available.
We are non halal.
Booking slots are 1.5hrs for 1-5 people, 2hrs for 6-10 people and 2.5hrs for 11 or more.
